Default Quick Skill Check

When forming a party, you might want to know what skills the other players have equipped or say what you got, instead of typing them all down, why not just press ctrl and press once on the first skill, then you'd say "I got Blahiblme, humbade, bleh, blah, bluh, blih, blyh equipped!" and all those non skills I just said would be replaced with skills you have (for those who want to be funny)

This would only work in outpost, cities and mission areas.

Or even better, some way to just open a window and see all your party members' skillbars.

Make it a different colored text so it can't be typed out, like blue for team chat.

If this was implemented in PvE then you would be making it harder for people to run builds other than the usual cookie cutter builds, so its not a good idea there as it would force people to hench or run cookie cutter builds when other builds will do well enough.

But for PvP this would be really useful.

I wish we could Ctrl+Click our skills in town to tell people on our team what we are taking. Kinda like how you can do it when using a skill outside of town.
